President Berl Stein has been involved in precision electroforming since 1989 and plating since 1977. A Chemical Engineer by education, Berl is always ready to share his expertise - he has to his name one patent and numerous technical papers. Berl often presents talks at conferences and training seminars. In his free time, Berl plays table tennis, rides scooters and snaps digital pictures. Vice President With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and 15 years of hands-on tool and die making experience, Richard Kraynik leads NiCoForm's bellows design and electroforming efforts. Mechanical Engineer Joe Jachlewski has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from SUNY Fredonia and a Master of Engineering-Mechanical with concentration in Technology Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He came to NiCoForm in June of 2005. Mainly responsible for the design and production of catheter tip forming dies, Joe is also involved in net shape electroforming for aerospace applications. He brings a variety of skills to the team, providing engineering support for electroforming and managing daily production. Office Manager Relying on her degrees in Accounting, Business Management and Economics, as well as extensive practical experience, Diane Cotton has been keeping our accounting, personnel and general office files and operations in perfect order since 2004.
