President Berl Stein has been involved in precision electroforming since 1989 and plating since 1977. A Chemical Engineer by education, Berl is a 15 year veteran of the American Electroplaters and Surface Finishers Society, a member of the Electroforming Committee, Educational Chairman and past President of the Society's Rochester branch. Proving he is always ready to share his expertise, Berl has to his name one patent, numerous technical papers and regularly presents at conferences and training seminars. Berl spends his free time improving his table tennis strokes, bike riding and snapping digital pictures. 		Vice President Having worked for 15 years as a tool and die maker, Richard Kraynik came to NiCoForm in 2002 and received his Mechanical Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004.
